Caroline Brunt is the founder of My Mortgage Wizards and a mortgage broker, having entered the Mortgage World in 1994. Caroline has a wealth of experience to share and is passionate about making your property dreams a reality.

Caroline then went to work for Nationwide Building Society as a Senior Branch Manager before becoming a self-employed Mortgage Consultant in 2017 after having her children.
Caroline’s qualifications include:
Jane is our Case Manager. Jane is a Mum to two wonderful grown-up children and also more recently added ‘Nanny’ to her titles. Although Jane does not have any pets of her own, her daughter has two dogs. One is a trained medical alert assistance dog and the other is currently learning the ropes. Both are a huge part of Jane’s life.
Jane has worked for Nationwide until recently for 36 years which includes 15 years as Mortgage Consultant.
Her qualifications include the full CeMAP award.
She liaises with Caroline and our clients to ensure their files are held compliantly and we are able to demonstrate the level of advice and care expected by our clients, the network and the FCA. Her role is not to provide mortgage advice but to ensure that all client files are kept to the high standard that is required.
Katie is a Mortgage Consultant and advises and arranges mortgages for our lovely customers.
She has 14 years’ experience working in the financial services sector including time at Barclays where she worked her way up through banking, and then took the plunge into the mortgage broker world in 2014 since then she has gained a raft of experience which is a godsend when placing tricky cases.
Katie lives on a farm with her partner and her little girl Annie and has a little boy on the way! She has two dogs, Murphy a dachshund and Luna a puggle.
Her favourite part of working at My Mortgage Wizards is getting the customers through to completion and seeing them get their keys to their dream home!
In her spare time, she loves to go for walks and spend time with the family exploring the countryside
Kelly Greatholder is one of our Mortgage & Protection Consultants, having started work in the Financial Services Sector in 1996.

Kelly’s qualifications include Financial Planning Certficates 1,2,3 and a Mortgage Advice Qualification on top.
Kelly first became a self-employed Mortgage & Protection Consultant in 2014 and has worked closely with Caroline before now joining her at My Mortgage Wizards.
Kelly has been known among her colleagues and clients as a Mortgage Fairy Godmother as she is truly passionate about helping her clients’ dreams come true!
Amy Fowler is one of our client managers, she has worked within mortgage admin since 2019 and has experience with the lettings and estate agency industry.
As mum to a feisty little girl and a very lazy cat, life can be hectic sometimes – but she wouldn’t have it any other way!
Amy loves providing a personable service and building relationships with clients so they always feel they can reach out if they are unsure. Her favourite part of the job is letting clients know that their mortgage offer has been approved and helping them into their new home or a better deal on their current property.
In her spare time she loves to be out in nature, travel and enjoy fun times with family and friends!
Kirsty is one of our Client Manager’s and comes to us with 18 years of Estate Agency knowledge and experience. She prides herself on her ‘dog with a bone’ mentality and will not leave any stone unturned in order to fulfil her passion of delivering excellent customer service.
Hobbies have gone out of the window for the last few years for Kirsty whilst raising her biggest achievement in life – her beautiful daughter Harlie. But now that those toddler years are behind her (sniff sniff!), she is looking forward to getting back into a spot of cooking and baking; her husband believes her Masterchef knockout meals would be her Stickiest Ever Ribs and her Sticky Toffee Pudding.
And maybe, just maybe she may delve back into treading those boards again on the stage…watch this space!
